Harris Engineering offers a full range of SCM (Stormwater Control Measures) inspection and certification services to the Raleigh, Durham and Cary areas. Though our home is in triangle we offer our SCM Management Services to all areas of North Carolina. Our team of SCM Professionals has been certified by North Carolina State University to conduct SCM inspections and we offer over 40 years of SCM design experience. Our directors are also registered Professional Engineers in the State of North Carolina. We believe that the Professional Engineers that design these devices are best suited to conduct SCM management services.
Our staff offers extensive field experience, client education and strong working relationships with all levels of municipal staff. We provide inspection and certification services for varying cliental ranging from single property owners to home owners associations and national corporations.
We are dedicated and passionate about the Environment and, due to our extensive design experience, can provide a practical approach to SCM management. Our experience has taught us that offering a variety of SCM management services makes sense. Outside of inspections and certifications we also offer pre-certification inspection and observation as well as construction and maintenance bid procurement services. We always take the time to review all information and conduct site visits before we propose any work. We understand that education is key and that every clients needs are different.
